Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Waiver Wizard (the "Service"), operated by Fantasy Sports Analytics LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Waiver Wizard is a fantasy football monitoring service that connects to your ESPN or Sleeper fantasy league and provides alerts when player projections or statuses change on your waiver wire. ESPN users must provide league credentials; Sleeper users connect via username only.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any information that changes

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Platform Credentials

By connecting your fantasy league, you:

  • Authorize us to access your fantasy league data on your behalf
  • Confirm you have the right to access the league you're connecting
  • Understand that ESPN credentials may expire and require re-authentication
  • Acknowledge that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by ESPN or Sleeper

Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: Basic access with standard alert settings.

Monthly Premium ($15/month): Recurring monthly subscription. Auto-cancels at the end of December. Access continues through January 31st.

Season Premium ($39.95): One-time payment for full season access through January 31st.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice to existing subscribers.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account with others or sell access to your account
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, ESPN API changes, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALERTS WILL BE DELIVERED INSTANTLY OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL HELP YOU WIN YOUR FANTASY LEAGUE. FANTASY FOOTBALL INVOLVES INHERENT UNCERTAINTY, AND RESULTS MAY VARY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANTASY SPORTS ANALYTICS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
