SMS Alert Terms

Program Description

Waiver Wizard offers an optional SMS alert service for Premium subscribers. When enrolled, you will receive text message notifications for time-sensitive fantasy football events — specifically player roster injuries and waiver wire status changes — to help you act before your league mates.

How to Opt In

SMS alerts are available to Premium subscribers only. To enroll, log in to your account, navigate to Settings → SMS Alerts, enter your US mobile phone number, and click Send Code. You will receive a 6-digit verification code via text message. Enter that code to confirm your number and activate SMS alerts. Enrollment is voluntary and requires explicit action — you will never be enrolled without actively completing this verification flow.

Message Types

Once enrolled, you may receive the following alert types:

• Roster Alerts: A player on your fantasy roster has changed injury status (Out, IR, or Doubtful).
• Waiver Status Alerts: A player available on your waiver wire has changed injury status.

Projection changes and general breaking news are not delivered via SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on NFL activity. You will receive no more than 10 SMS messages per day. During active injury report periods (Wednesday–Friday) and on game days, messages may be more frequent within this cap. During the NFL offseason, no SMS alerts are sent.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Waiver Wizard does not charge separately for SMS — it is included with your Premium subscription.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time using either of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts will be sent.
• Log in to your account, go to Settings → SMS Alerts, and click Remove number.

Supported Carriers

SMS alerts are supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. US phone numbers only.
